What Fun!.....Living Year Round on Long Pond ..on Mt.Desert Island Maine.
(And you thought the summer months were fun! )....
Ever try snow shoeing or cross country skiing in Acadia National Park?.....This afternoon I took a little hike across the pond to check on the ice fishermen...chatted with the kids playing in their snow igloos....and watched the eagles soaring .They were looking for their Sunday dinner (Fish on Ice!)
